Role & Responsibilities

Goal: Improve the implementation of Vanco's products for clients thereby increasing the client's positive experience with Vanco and increasing revenue potential.

Manage implementation of new clients to ensure their success in using our services.

Assist clients in engagement of members to increase their e-giving volume.

Manage activity and document communication with clients within each client record.

Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about Vanco's products, services and processes.

Use established materials to share best practices with clients to encourage improved utilization of products and services and to reinforce the value that we bring to our clients.

Provide backup during high call volumes and handle escalated calls as necessary.

Respond to written correspondence as necessary.

Determine solutions to problems and escalate high risk problems.

Apply advanced knowledge and navigational skills on the system and its peripherals.

Provide feedback to help drive new solutions, create more effective marketing tools and improve current solution.

Create a positive and professional impression on existing clients. Express confidence that we will ensure their success in using Vanco products and services. Build a strong relationship between the clients and our company. Help clients successfully begin to use additional Vanco services and products.

Support the organization to solve customer issues and allow quick problem resolution. Enlist resources within the company to resolve customer issues. Translate and clearly communicate product capabilities and technical information to individuals with varied levels of expertise. Listen with objectivity and verify client's comprehension of the products and services. A key objective is responsiveness and less than 24-hour follow up to client issues.

Position Requirements

College Degree or equivalent work experience

2+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment

Excellent interpersonal, critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in MS Office

Ability to work under pressure and shift priorities as needed

Dependability and scheduling flexibility are required
