Role & Responsibilities
• Answer calls from clients (business-to-business and business to consumer calls)
• Train and provide assistance via email and telephone
• Make outbound follow-up calls to clients
• Assist clients in using our Online Service Center
• Client Services and Support team members enjoy a diverse number of assignments New employees will be assigned to a work team based on their experience


Schedule
• 40 Hours per week
• 9:30 – 6:00pm Monday-Friday
• 8:00am – 4:30Pm is also available


Position Requirements
• 2-4 year degree or equivalent experience related to a call center/customer service environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in creating cooperative customer relationships in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred experience working with MS Office Suite Technology
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to learn quickly and can complete tasks both independently and as a team
