Job Title: Client Success Partner, Child Care


We have an exciting announcement regarding the opening of a Client Success Partner position for our childcare business! Vanco is heavily investing in the growth of the childcare market and is looking for a Client Success Partner that is eager to make an impact for community organizations while growing their career.

Why now?

A significant opportunity exists within a rapidly growing childcare industry and we believe that Vanco is well positioned to take advantage of the following market trends:

Large private childcare growth due to an upsurge in the number of childcare centers and corporate-vendor partnerships, driven by programs to increase the number of women in the workforce.

Strong K12 growth potential due to increased federal and state funding available for supplemental school programs to close learning gaps.

Existing solutions are not currently meeting the expectations of "parent first" solutions with a modern user experience and custom reporting for childcare providers.

Based on these trends, we feel the time is right to expand our Client Success Partnership Team serving our childcare market. We are looking for dynamic, creative individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate possesses the following in their DNA:

Your job charter:

  • You will care for and maintain a strategic book of business within our childcare market.
  • You will maintain both strong relationships and organizational awareness within your book of business.
  • Through those relationships, you will pursue and execute opportunities for growth.
  • You will leverage your technological expertise and remain current with the advancements in our childcare platform.
  • You will put your effective communication skills to work, leveraging various communications channels while you engage with your clients.
  • As the voice of the customer, you will work closely with internal teams, to ensure the needs and concerns of our client base are represented clearly across the company. Teams you will interact with include Client Adoption, Client Services, Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Leadership.
  • You will act as a trusted advisor and product expert for clients in their use of our solutions.
  • You will inform, and collaborate with, our Product Management and Development Teams in the identification and tracking of feature enhancement requests and bugs based on client input.
  • You will manage client expectations regarding roadmap and product sprints.
  • You will gather, analyze, and disseminate client data/feedback
  • You will identify and generate cross-sell opportunities for our sales team.

Who you are:

  • You have at least 2 years of external client facing experience in a Client Success or Account Management role
  • You have experience with, and an understanding of web-based technologies.
  • You are a problem solver by nature
  • You have effective communications skills via phone, email, and video conferencing.
  • You can operate in a fast-paced and demanding work environment.
  • You are comfortable navigating both documented processes and ambiguous situations.
  • You have excellent time management, organization, and project management skills.
  • You are technically minded, solutions oriented.
  • You are comfortable demonstrating product functionality within the scope of key business use cases.
  • Experience with a CRM system, preferably Salesforce, is a plus
  • Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

What we offer:

This role will be remote as our team is currently working from home while we navigate COVID-19. Team members can work from our offices on a volunteer basis. (When remote, you are required to maintain suitable work environments for video conferencing).
