We have a spot for a Financial Analyst who has 2+ years of experience in the field. We need someone who has an emphasis on efficient and accurate revenue and statistical reporting.

Our company is growing rapidly, and we are adding this position to help manage those growth needs. This role is pivotal for providing data to leadership. Data leads to insights; leadership can turn those insights into decisions and actions that improve the business. You will work closely with executive leadership team and business unit leaders. You will also get to handle a smaller P&L, getting to see the total process of the company.

Our Finance team is friendly, upbeat and energetic. You'll hear friends catching up with each other at our weekly meetings before we dive into discussion of the finance team's larger goals. We are looking for someone who will value that culture and fit right in.

What you'll be doing:

Short-Term: Month-End Revenue Package Reporting, Weekly Vitals Reporting, Full Department P&L Analysis

Long-Term: FP&A Reporting Automation with BI

Overall, you will be helping measure financial performance against plan, as well as measure key operational drivers of the business that impact financial results. As part of that, you will compile and analyze data in multiple attributes, conduct actual versus forecast analysis' and participate in month-end revenue and expense correlated accounting processes, such as commissions reporting.

In this role, you'll get to work with our Business Intelligence team to help automate some of our reporting and help assess data trends. You'll help with ad hoc reporting and analytics needs as required, working with departments like Client Service and Sales. You will help with assessing customer pricing and margin analytical support. When we have internal audits or quarterly Board of Director meetings, you'll provide support for those.

Who you are:

  • You have 2+ years' experience in financial analysis

· Preferably, your degree is a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

· You have strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft Excel

  • You have exceptional abilities to analyze and problem-solve

· You self-manage and meet established goals and deadlines

  • You feel confident managing multiple projects and deadlines

· You are comfortable identifying and investigating unusual or inaccurate revenue and expense fluctuations

· You deliver accurate and timely reporting on a reoccurring basis

· You are adaptable and flexible when priorities are adjusted

  • You have good time management skills

· You are reliable and accountable

  • You feel comfortable building relationships and working with various departments

It's a bonus if you have experience with SQL reporting and Adaptive Insights.

We have a spot for a Lead Software Engineer who can write high quality code as well as lead other developers on projects in an Agile-based environment. You should have at least 6 years of experience as a full-stack developer, with 4 years' experience in C#, .NET, React, React Native and JavaScript.

Our company is growing rapidly, and we are adding this position to help design a RESTful API. In this role, you'll get to help with all new development, building code from scratch. In this role, you'll get to help lead two developers and QA and own a project integrating an API into a payment processing platform.

What you'll be doing:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will help design, implement and maintain our Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant ecommerce platform. You will get to lead software development projects including requirements review and managing scope. You'll get to collaborate with team members and mentor junior developers.

Who you are:

  • Your degree is a BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • You are excited to develop customer-facing web applications using industry leading technologies
  • You have lead and/or participated in daily stand-up meetings and other Agile meetings
  • You are able to produce technical and functional documentation
  • You can analyze a problem and come to a solution
  • You are adaptable and flexible in rapidly changing conditions and priorities
  • You have excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • You are reliable and accountable for what you do
  • You are someone who can identify and initiate next steps in a project for themselves and others
  • Overall you have:
    • 8 + years overall software development experience
    • 4 + years developing web applications
    • 4 + years with relational databases, including SQL, TSQL, Entity Framework, database design and best practices
    • 4 + years with C#, .NET, MVC and Web development technologies such as Bootstrap and Telerik Kendo UI
    • 4 + years with HTML5, HTML, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript, React, React Native and server-side frameworks
    • 4 + years working with or designing RESTful APIs
    • Solid knowledge of web application security, architecture and software development best practices and principles, including Agile methodologies

It's a bonus if you have experience with test-driven development and unit testing, MS Azure, jQuery, JSON, Git and NodeJS. It would be great if you were familiar with Payment Card Industry standards as well.
