This position will report to the SVP of Marketing and will be based in our Bloomington Office

Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking an expert in B2B demand generation, marketing automation, lead nurturing and execution to be responsible for supporting the sales organization through demand generation programs. This person will own the entire lead generation process from developing target lists to creating drip campaigns to driving qualified leads into the organization.

• Manage the full lifecycle of online and offline demand generation campaigns
• Leverage marketing automation tools to bring scale to demand generation programs
• Develop iterative marketing campaigns and use control group testing to optimize lead acquisition
• Craft specific messaging that targets the right audience, drives awareness and helps Vanco position as a customer centric brand
• Establish and report on campaign metrics and ROI; communicate goals/results to organization
• Measure and monitor sales funnel activity
• Manage list purchases
• Work with internal/external resources to create compelling content and assets
• Manage SEM, PPC and social media lead-generation
• Work closely with the sales organization to align with their goals
• Be a process maven as we scale up the volume of campaigns we have in-flight at any one time
Position Requirements
• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferable with a high-volume transaction SaaS based company
• Experience including, but not limited to email marketing, website marketing, PPC, SEO, retargeting, social marketing and direct mail
• Experience managing lead scoring and nurturing programs
• Experience with list management, cleansing, de-duplication, segmentation and targeting
• Excellent communication skills - both written and oral - including presenting
• Expert in B2B marketing automation, demand generation, lead nurturing and execution
• Experience managing budgets and process
• Strong familiarity with Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, Eloqua, Silverpop, or similar types of software
• A passion for technology
• Strong goal orientation and work ethic
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Demonstrated self-starter
• Bachelor's degree required
