Vanco has an exciting opportunity as a Salesforce Business Analyst within a high-growth practice team. The Salesforce Product team supports the entire client facing and operational organization at Vanco, while providing innovative solutions and enhancing user experiences.


You will be a key contributor within the team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will work directly with our business users to understand their needs and gather technical requirements, groom tickets, create user stories with acceptance criteria, and make configurations using our adaptive-agile methodology.


You will also provide business users with training on implemented solutions; including live demonstrations, documentation guides and follow-ups.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Gathering requirements from clients and translating them into features for a developer to build
  • Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign along with Product Manager
  • Collaborate with a team of Salesforce Architects, Developers, and Administrators to determine the most appropriate technical strategy and designs to meet business needs
  • Understanding that features need to be built with the entire system in mind and can think ahead and outside the box of what the completed system will look like to ensure a complete end-to-end workflow
  • Communicating with developers and validating their solutions not only before development, but as well as performing QA when required to ensure that they meet the needs of clients
  • Writing test cases that can be delivered to business users and support them during UAT
  • Comfortable training business users on Salesforce and newly built features
  • Facilitate discussions with business stakeholders in order to understand and document requirements and business processes
  • Gain alignment and approval of requirements & acceptance criteria while managing user stories throughout the duration of their lifecycle
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders

Who you are:

  • You have 2+ years of experience working within Salesforce, CRM, or with other platform technologies
  • You have 2+ years of experience of project or process improvement management
  • You have the ability to analyze, document, and make recommendations on improving business processes
  • You are collaborative and proactive
  • You have excellent interpersonal communication skills and are a team player
  • You have familiarity working with technical leads in an agile environment
  • You are highly organized and able to document, simplify, and present complex user requirements
  • You have interest in automating business processes and ability to think logically
  • You are able to understand end user pain points and solve problems within the Salesforce Platform
  • You have an understanding of basic administration and reporting tasks
  • You are a quick learner interested in understanding how to use no- or low-code tools in the Salesforce Platform
  • You have excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
